Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities and supervise swimmers to ensure safety at all times
- Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond immediately and effectively to all water-related incidents
- Administer first aid, CPR, or AED in emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool deck and surrounding areas
- Inspect and maintain lifesaving equipment
- Prepare incident reports and submit to the supervisor when needed
- Attend all scheduled training and refresher courses
- Support recreational activities when required
✅ Requirements:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross, Ellis & Associates, or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
- Good communication and observational skills
- Calm, alert, and able to work under pressure
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Basic English proficiency (multilingual is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
