Ensure safe and timely transportation of clients to and from their destinations
while adhering to traffic laws and company protocols.
- Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays and provide smooth journeys for
clients.
- Regularly inspect the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and out, and report any mechanical issues or
repairs needed to the fleet manager.
- Schedule and perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations,
and other standard checkups.
- Greet clients in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and
comfortable experience.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, handling their luggage, and
ensuring their needs are met throughout the journey.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with high-profile or VIP clients, respecting
their privacy at all times.
- Stay updated on road conditions, weather, and potential delays, adjusting the
route or timing to ensure timely arrival at the destination.
- Monitor and respond to any last-minute changes in scheduling, ensuring
flexibility and adaptability.
- Follow all company policies related to customer service, vehicle usage, and safety
regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, including following dress code
standards.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, including traffic regulations, licensing, and
vehicle operation requirements.
- Accurately log trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption after each trip.
- Submit reports and receipts related to trips, expenses, or vehicle maintenance as
required by management.
- Use GPS, navigation apps, and company communication systems effectively to
manage trips and stay informed about changes in schedules.
- Utilize mobile devices or provided equipment for real-time updates on schedules,
client information, or route changes.
- Have knowledge of emergency procedures and maintain a calm and professional
demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Communicate regularly with the operations team regarding trip schedules, vehicle
status, and any issues encountered on the road.
- Participate in regular briefings or meetings to stay informed of any updates, new
policies, or changes in service standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs,
including making adjustments for special requests.
- Collect and relay client feedback to management to continuously improve the
service experience
