Key Responsibilities
- Listing Management:
- Prepare, update, and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Coordinate with clients to gather accurate property details and photos.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the team.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with precision.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Client Interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, administration, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
