We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient management of materials and equipment delivery on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise the daily logistics and material handling activities on the construction site. - Manage the team responsible for loading, unloading, and distributing materials efficiently. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices related to logistics operations. - Collaborate with project managers to forecast material needs and schedule deliveries accordingly. - Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all logistics activities. - Identify and resolve any issues that could delay transportation or handling of materials. - Ensure proper storage and security of materials and equipment to prevent damage or loss.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Foreman or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site logistics personnel. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and site safety protocols. - Proficient in inventory management and logistics software is a plus. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. - Valid driving license and familiarity with UAE construction site regulations.
