Lounge Manager

The Role:

• Show your experience and capability for managing luxury operations in lounges and clubs

• Curating an incredible experience through service, FB, music and entertainment programming.
• Confident in building and nurturing relationships with our guests
• Proactive in networking and establishing relationships which will drive sales in the restaurant and build the awareness of our brand. You should already have an established network of people to dine at our venue
• You will be a natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, an ambassador of the brand; you will need to be calm and collected when managing your team
• Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
• Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
• Keeps abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry
• Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail for our guests throughout their time at Tattu
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative and engaging training
