Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate sales terms and conditions for successful transactions while adhering to UAE property laws.
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market trends, offering clients expert insights.
- Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive luxury listings.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote luxury properties effectively.
- Prepare and manage all transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Valid UAE real estate license.
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and the luxury real estate market.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
