About the Program
The MADA National Graduate Programme (NGP) is your launchpad to an impactful career. Designed exclusively for UAE Nationals, this 18-month journey is built to empower, challenge, and shape you into a future leader.
Phase 1 (9 months): You will explore the business through three tailored 3-month rotations, giving you multi-dimensional exposure and practical insights.
Phase 2 (9 months): You’ll dive deeper into a final strategic assignment, gaining leadership experience, solving real-world challenges, and driving meaningful impact.
You’ll be mentored, supported, and surrounded by people who believe in your potential — because we know the next generation of leaders is already among us.
Focus Area: Creative Marketing
This track will immerse you in the world of creative, social and graphic design, equipping you with the mindset and skills to build powerful, compelling brand stories. From ideation to execution, you'll learn how creativity fuels connection — and how to translate vision into visual impact.
Rotations
Rotation 1: The Greenhouse
To cultivate entrepreneurial capabilities through start-up shadowing, hands-on project coordination, and content creation. You’ll manage projects, analyze applications, and support innovation storytelling and events while working directly with start-ups to build prototypes, conduct market research, and drive performance.
Rotation 2: Corporate Innovation
Two possible tracks will allow you to shape solutions for the future:
Tech Track: Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts by integrating APIs, setting up data pipelines, and testing agent workflows, while applying QA and CI practices.
Project Track: Translate problem statements into user-centered prototypes, run user testing, design clean UI in Figma, and track impact through metrics — all while supporting proof-of-concept execution.
Rotation 3: Fashion & Beauty Innovation
Fashion Innovation: Support content rollout, influencer management, Shopify product optimization, and supplier coordination, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and launches.
Beauty Innovation: Drive market and business growth by exploring new opportunities, collaborating across marketing, product, and operations, and managing key regional and global partnerships.

Academic background in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Business Management
