Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule property repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and maintenance vendors
- Track service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues
- Manage maintenance budgets and approve invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of experience in property or maintenance coordination
- Familiarity with real estate or facilities management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus
Salary - 4000AED to 4500AED
