Job Title: Maintenance Staff

Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Maintenance Staff member to handle all upkeep and repair tasks within our medical center. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Ensure medical equipment and facility infrastructure are in optimal condition.
- Address maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
- Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs.
- Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Assist in setting up fixtures, signage, and other operational needs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or commercial facility maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Diploma/certification in a relevant field is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
