We are a growing technical services company based in Dubai, providing high-quality maintenance, MEP, and renovation solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and ensure smooth operations on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications, safety standards, and client requirements
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools, and ensure proper usage and stock control
- Handle site reports, job orders, timesheets, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to ensure excellent communication and service satisfaction
- Provide hands-on support and training to junior technicians when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
