- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely response to technical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of Labour Accommodations to identify, document, and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Oversee the execution of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize breakdowns and prolong asset life.
- Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize tenant inconvenience.
- Collaborate with the Camp Boss to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Source and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Train and mentor the maintenance team to enhance performance and technical knowledge.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new maintenance staff.
