We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Male Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our Chairman . The ideal candidate will be professional, well-organized, and able to manage a variety of executive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and handle confidential correspondence and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain an organized filing and office system.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Abu Dhabi.
