Key Responsibilities
Strategy Support
- Assist in developing and executing a Business Excellence strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
Process Optimization
- Lead efforts in process mapping, journey mapping, reengineering, and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address process inefficiencies and enhance organizational workflows.
Standards Implementation
- Facilitate the application, certification, and maintenance of ISO standards and the EFQM Excellence Model across business units.
Award Submissions
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of award submissions, ensuring compliance with excellence criteria and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Compliance Audits
- Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process and business performance excellence.
Best Practices and Guidance
- Provide expert guidance on process mapping, journey mapping, and gap analysis techniques.
- Share insights and implement best practices to align with global quality standards.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in quality management or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO, EFQM) are strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or business excellence roles.
- Prior experience in consulting or managing large-scale process improvement projects is advantageous.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, journey mapping, reengineering, and gap analysis.
- Proficient in quality frameworks such as ISO standards and EFQM Excellence Model.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
