To grow Fx revenue from Business Banking and Neo Biz (new and existing) customers and deepen the portfolio by increasing their cross-border transactional engagement
Ensure service delivery to these customers by coordinating with various intra-organizational departments.
To manage a team of FX sales and product specialists
- Drive FX revenue via cross selling to existing and new-to-bank customers in the Business Banking and Neo Biz
- Deliver agreed revenue numbers through ensuring extension of funded / non-fund based facilities, FX / remittances transactional volume, Margin trading, Forward contracts , Futures and Options and cash exchange
- Ensure professional growth and support of the FX specialist team
- Develop systems and channels that proactively solicit / manage businesses, which meet agreed risk-reward parameters of the unit.
- Implement governance system to monitor all outstanding deals on Spot and Cash transactions to ensure intra day risk is managed within the set limits
- Product and Process initiatives to further Fx penetration in the portfolio (New and existing)
- Write and follow up on credit proposals for all forward deals
- Ensure product profitability via spread maintenance and volume growth across Business Banking and Neo Biz
- To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG & TCM so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, and coordination and cross referrals.
- Develop and implement RM driven and digital customer campaigns
- Work with finance to ensure end of month financial reports are accurate and complete
- In-depth knowledge of products, services and delivery channels available for SME, Corporate customers
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FX, Trade and FX sales
- Experience in remittance and payments.
- Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations
- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
- People Management skills
