Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and visa processes in line with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll, WPS, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
- Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with HR outsourcing companies for staffing, payroll, and compliance support.
- Administration
- Supervise office facilities, vendor contracts, and support staff.
- Maintain compliance of office licenses, leases, and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses and tenancy contracts.
- Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and free zone regulations.
- Manage PRO and outsourced services for visa, Emirates ID, and legal documentation.
- Keep updated records and conduct periodic HR and admin audits.
- Engagement & Policy
- Implement employee engagement activities and UAE-specific cultural events.
- Develop and update HR policies as per local regulations.
- Promote digitization and efficiency in HR and admin processes.
Requirements
- 5–10 years UAE experience in HR/Admin management.
- Proven experience working with HR outsourcing partners (e.g., for contract staffing or payroll processing).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and PRO coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
