Join Our Global Team as Manager, Innovation & Global Brands – Emerging Markets (AMEA & LATAM)
Location: This role location option is available in Dubai, UAE, or Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you'll do
- Support the development and execution of the innovation roadmap for the Emerging Markets, aligned with the overall portfolio strategy.
- Lead innovation projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling innovation opportunities
- Manage innovation research budgets and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to bring consumer-centric ideas to life
- Partner with country and market teams to ensure local/ cultural relevance and to increase the speed to market
- Contribute to post-launch reviews and performance measurement, ensuring learnings are captured and fed back into future projects
- Foster a culture of creativity, agility, accountability and continuous learning across Emerging Markets teams.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Innovation, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in innovation, brand management, or portfolio strategy—preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actions, with a consumer-first mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate and manage complex, cross-functional projects across geographies, with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
