Manager Resilience (Contract Based)
Core Accountabilities:
- Develop and Maintain BC and Resilience Frameworks
- Lead crisis management planning and coordination, including incident response and recovery efforts.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize resilience initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute regular testing, drills, and exercises to validate readiness and response capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience practices into day-to-day operations.
- Provide training and awareness programs on resilience, crisis management, and recovery processes.
- Monitor and report on resilience metrics, readiness status, and improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats affecting resilience
- Manage Resilience team to deliver high-quality, entity-specific deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve Group resilience maturity goals.
Experience:
- At least 10+ years proven experience in Risk Management
- Experience in UAE or Middle East is preferred
- Team management experience is essential
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Continuity, or a related field.
- BCM related Certifications like CBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor is desirable
