Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the Marketing Director in all aspects of marketing operations and project coordination.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple in-house brands.
- Help manage content calendars, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Liaise with design, content, and digital teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support in data collection, performance reporting, and competitor research.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing briefs, presentations, and weekly updates.
- Help coordinate influencer collaborations, events, and third-party vendor relationships.
- Monitor social media and digital platforms, track engagement, and report insights.
- Handle day-to-day admin duties related to marketing activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience in supporting senior marketing personnel in a multi-brand or fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Suite, and basic marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).
- Good understanding of brand identity, visual standards, and digital content formats.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in industries such as real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media tools, analytics dashboards, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
