- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
Technical Certifications
- Google Digital Certification or Equivalent MarCom related is a plus
Expertise at
- B2B Marketing: Hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of executing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital channels including social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS), with a focus on inbound strategies to generate leads and drive traffic.
- Marketing Technology: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like CRM, CMS, and email marketing tools, with the ability to leverage them to optimize marketing efforts.
- Event Management: Experience managing both online and offline events, such as trade shows, webinars, and corporate events, ensuring they are seamlessly executed and aligned with marketing goals.
- Market Research & Analytics: Ability to analyze market trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance to inform future strategies and improve marketing ROI.
- Brand Management: Expertise in ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all regional and global campaigns and marketing channels.
- PR & Communications (External & Internal): Expertise in managing public relations efforts, including crafting press releases, handling media relations, and managing crisis communications to protect and promote the brand’s image. Skilled in creating compelling content for external communications, including press kits, blogs, and media outreach.
- Internal Communications: Proficient in developing internal communication strategies, such as newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement programs. Ability to craft messages that align employees with corporate goals, keeping them informed, motivated, and engaged.
- Multilingual & Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfortable working in multi-cultural and multi-regional environments, understanding the nuances of various markets, especially in South and Southeast Asia.
