As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be the voice of Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel, leading all PR, marketing, and digital communications. With the hotel’s recent renovation, you will drive a 360° launch strategy across marketing, PR, and social media—both locally and internationally—to position the property as a leader in luxury hospitality. The role requires a creative storyteller with strong PR expertise, social media and content creation skills, and a background in luxury brand positioning. You will oversee brand collateral, advertising, and media partnerships while managing PR agencies and hosting international media. Collaboration is key, working closely with General Managers, F&B, Spa, and E-commerce teams to create impactful campaigns and deliver cohesive messaging. Qualifications
- Proven skills in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement.
- Experience in developing collateral and managing brand identity across multiple platforms.
- Solid background in luxury hospitality and brand positioning within competitive markets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with property departments including General Managers, F&B, Spa, and E-commerce to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Strong PR expertise with a flair for creative storytelling and developing impactful narratives.
- Track record of managing PR agencies, coordinating media hosting, and delivering seamless media visits.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in launching properties or leading repositioning projects.
