Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement marketing activities across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Assist in content creation for social media, email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar.
- Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (social media metrics, Google analytics, etc.).
- Communicate with graphic designers, photographers, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support in organizing and promoting events, activations, and sponsorships.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and report findings.
- Help ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials and platforms.
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks such as purchase requests, filing, documentation, and inventory of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role preferred.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
