Nexum Global Human Resources is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Associates to help grow our client base. You will play a key role in identifying companies that require manpower services and promoting our HR solutions through both digital and direct channels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B outreach to identify and attract new client companies
- Promote Nexum’s HR services to companies locally and internationally
- Create and manage marketing materials using Canva (occassionaly)
- Maintain lead lists and client data, familiar with Google sheets & MS Office
- Handle basic digital marketing via email campaigns and social media platforms
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Follow up with leads and support the onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinate with the team to align client needs with HR Services needed
- Present the company and its services clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports and updates to management
- Demonstrate experience working with people and collaborating with other businesses
Requirements:
- Male, aged 27–40
- 2 candidate required
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or client acquisition
- Proficient in Canva, Google Spreadsheets, email tools, and social media management
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Background in recruitment, consultancy, HR, or manpower services is an advantage
