Legal Marketing Executive - Dubai
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a law firm and are looking to gain international experience.
Role Overview - We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the execution of our marketing strategy. This role is critical in relieving the CMO of day-to-day operational tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic growth initiatives. You’ll be hands-on across content, digital, events, and internal communications, helping to elevate the arch.law brand and drive engagement across key markets.
Key Responsibilities· Content & Campaigns· Draft and schedule social media content, primarily on LinkedIn.· Repurpose existing materials into engaging formats (e.g., infographics, short posts, email snippets).· Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking.· Maintain and update the marketing content calendar.· Brand & Thought Leadership· Assist in drafting thought leadership articles and ghostwriting for Members.· Monitor legal and business trends to suggest timely content topics.· Liaise with external writers, designers, and PR freelancers to ensure timely delivery of assets.· Digital & Analytics· Update and maintain the website with new content, bios, and news items.· Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social engagement, email performance).· Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the CMO.· Internal Coordination· Support internal communications, including newsletters and firm-wide updates.· Coordinate with Members to gather case studies, testimonials, and client stories.· Ensure all marketing materials are current, consistent, and on-brand.· Events & Webinars· Support the organisation and logistics for webinars, roundtables, and client events.· Manage invites, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up.· Support content creation from events (e.g., summaries, recordings, social snippets).
Skills & Experience· 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role with a law firm. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and detail.· Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot), and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).· Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).· Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
