Job Opening: Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and be capable of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content tailored to the real estate market.
- Assist in organizing open houses, property exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, developers, and internal teams for marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and websites.
- Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi is a must.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and online advertising.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Creative thinking, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus.
