As we expand, we are seeking a Marketing Executive with strong Business Development acumen to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, driving business expansion, and supporting the introduction of new brands and concepts in the market. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, tech-savvy, and strategic, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, AI technology, and modern marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing tools, platforms, and AI-based technologies to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative assets and marketing materials.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including websites, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion in the retail sector.
- Support the development of new business models, concepts, and retail formats.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and potential collaborations with external partners.
- Develop business presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of business development and marketing initiatives.
Innovation & Technology:
- Research and recommend AI and IT tools to optimize marketing efforts and customer experiences.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure marketing platforms are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends and provide recommendations for adoption.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development, preferably in the retail or investment sector.
- Proven track record of driving brand growth and business expansion.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, Business Development, Design, Content).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creativity, innovation mindset, and passion for emerging technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
