Job Title: Business Development Executive / Marketing Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Relocation within the GCC required)
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and versatile professional to lead our business development and marketing efforts. This hybrid role requires both strategic sales acumen and creative marketing expertise. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator and a proactive leader, capable of driving revenue growth, elevating brand presence, and executing impactful campaigns that align with our corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities :Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Present and promote the company’s services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and provide timely performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Marketing
- Design and lead integrated marketing strategies that support business growth goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover target audiences and emerging opportunities.
- Develop persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and enhance lead conversion.
- Analyze customer insights, market data, and campaign outcomes to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting campaigns as needed.
- Strengthen brand visibility through strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a client-facing commercial role.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing tools.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Excellent research and market analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Open to relocation within the GCC region.
