YOUR TASKS
Assist the Marketing team in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns and activations.
Support innovation projects and help coordinate product launches/re-launches.
Contribute to market share analysis, prepare basic reports, and support the development of action plans.
Help coordinate the creation of artwork, campaign assets, and communication materials.
Assist in preparing regular performance updates and reports for the Eucerin brand and wider team.
Conduct desk research for competitive analysis, tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, eCommerce, Shopper & Customer Marketing, Sales) to support best-in-class execution across touchpoints.
Stay up to date with industry trends and share insights to inspire new ideas.
YOUR PROFILE
You are currently studying in your Bachelors or Masters.
You have a positive attitude, are highly organized and detail oriented and have a growth mindset.
Have passion for skin care and new trends.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and multi-cultural environment.
You have already gained some work experience in Skin Care companies or Marketing Agencies as part of previous internships.
You can speak English which is our corporate language.
You are on site in Dubai, UAE (home office is possible up to 2 days a week).
You want to become an active team member, take on responsibility, work independently, and contribute your ideas.
You can imagine developing your potential with us in the long-term global career (many former interns or working students later find themselves in various positions at Beiersdorf).
