Key Responsibilities
- Assist in multi-channel marketing campaign development and execution
- Support campaign performance tracking and competitive analysis
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms
- Monitor engagement and assist with influencer partnerships
- Support SEO research and email marketing campaigns
- Assist with website content and keyword analysis
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare KPI reports
- Assist with A/B testing and ROI measurement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (recent graduate or final year student)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, projects, or entry-level roles
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking with a passion for innovative marketing approaches
