Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and executing the entire marketing strategy. This includes brand positioning, content creation, paid ads, social media management, lead generation, campaign development, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy (online & offline)
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, and campaigns
- Manage paid ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to align messaging and promotions
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, profile, presentations)
- Manage CRM and lead nurturing activities
- Research market trends and competitor positioning
- Manage and grow our online presence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent content and communication skills (*Arabic speaker required* – English is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple channels and projects independently
- Creative mindset and performance-driven
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Adobe tools, CRM platforms
