About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals, collaborating with corporate and hotel teams to drive volume and ADR.
- Analyze market data, trends, and competitors to inform marketing plans across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Manage brand consistency, content creation, and social media presence to enhance customer engagement and direct bookings.
- Lead direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital campaigns and trade marketing initiatives, supporting key commercial periods and events.
- Utilize CRM and loyalty programs to support acquisition, retention, and revenue targets while ensuring brand standards.
About you
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong skills in multi-channel marketing strategy, brand management, CRM, data analysis, budgeting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages relevant to key markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
