Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead buyer acquisition and lead a high-performing marketing team. This is a pivotal role focused on driving qualified traffic to the platform, boosting bidder registrations, and maximizing auction participation. The ideal candidate will excel at performance marketing, growth hacking, creative campaign design, and multi-channel buyer engagement to deliver measurable sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns that drive the right buyers to the platform.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across performance marketing, growth initiatives, content marketing, and offline activations.
- Plan and manage paid advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels to generate high-intent buyer leads.
- Create and oversee social media campaigns, video storytelling, influencer partnerships, and compelling creatives to amplify engagement.
- Deploy SEO, SEM, retargeting, and email marketing to grow platform visibility and sustain buyer interest.
- Manage outdoor advertising, PR campaigns, and event marketing to enhance brand presence.
- Analyze campaign performance, buyer behavior, and auction data to optimize for higher conversions and ROI.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with upcoming property listings and auction schedules.
- Drive tangible growth in website traffic, buyer registrations, and completed auction transactions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Lead in Real Estate, PropTech, Tech Startups, or Auction-based Platforms.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel paid advertising, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, content creation, and marketing automation.
- Strong command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Campaign Dashboards).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute quickly and creatively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Highly data-driven with a focus on measurable impact.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
