We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager – to lead our trade and events activity as well as support the regional strategy.
The Trade Marketing & Events Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, driving retail performance and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This role oversees the planning, execution and orchestration of trade marketing initiatives, high-end events and large scale projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellence at every touchpoint.
Position & Job Responsibilities
Support the MEAI Marketing team with exceptionally well-orchestrated events, activity calendars and a range of both in-store & out-of-store activations that carefully respect Maison guidelines where quality of execution, time to market and being the main point of reference for internal departments (central and local) and external suppliers are key priorities.

Plan, Develop and Implement
- Contribute to developing the annual Trade Marketing & Events calendar aligned with brand strategy, Regional/Local priorities and commercial objectives.
- Plan, develop, implement and orchestrate marketing initiatives by acting as the main point of contact & project leader with all internal stakeholders, Central Marketing Team, external through regular brief and reports.
- Monitor key events of competitor brands (in & out-of-store) to identify emerging trends and areas of differentiation.
Operations and Trade
- Plan, manage, and execute luxury events including product launches, high jewelry events, boutique openings, boutique activations, exhibitions & fairs, pop ups and VIP client events.
- Own the full event lifecycle: concept development, budget management, logistics, vendors & agencies sourcing, production supervision, guest experience, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure all events reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and identity, and deliver seamless, elevated experiences.
- Orchestrate and coordinate 360° initiatives, acting as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders & departments, agencies, vendors and Central Marketing Team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders/team members, Central Marketing Team, agencies, and luxury service providers.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the Retail team, with monthly meetings/catch up and feedback sessions.
- Define and implement clear KPIs to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and events, aligning with commercial and CRM objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Sales, CRM, Finance) to ensure KPI frameworks are actionable, realistic, and aligned across departments.
- Drive a culture of performance accountability by sharing insights and learnings through post-activation and post-event reviews.
Budgeting Management
- Develop, implement and monitor local support budget, in line with central guidelines.
- Manage trade marketing and events budgets, ensuring effective allocation, cost control, and reporting.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on activity performance and impact.
