The Opportunity
This is not your typical siloed marketing role. We’re looking for a generalist marketer who thrives in startup environments, wears multiple hats, and can lead everything from go-to-market launches, growth campaigns, digital marketing, copywriting, and content, to performance tracking and brand positioning.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute marketing strategy across digital, content, product launches, and campaigns.
- Drive growth marketing initiatives: performance marketing, funnel optimization, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Plan and run product and feature launches, ensuring strong GTM strategies.
- Write compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, social media, and sales collateral.
- Manage and optimize social media, community engagement, and digital presence.
- Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market efforts.
- Analyze data, measure impact, and continuously iterate on what works.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in startup / SaaS / CRM / PropTech / Real Estate tech.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, growth marketing, product launches, and copywriting.
- Generalist skill set across paid marketing, organic, content, branding, and analytics.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and growth stacks is a plus.
