We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital and skilled in using data to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, etc.)
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and algorithm updates.
- Track ROI, set KPIs, and generate monthly performance reports.
