Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team, including content creators, web developers, cinematographers, and listing administrators.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability within the team.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure professional growth and skill development.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals, both locally and internationally.
- Anticipate market trends and strategically decide on campaigns and projects to prioritize.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
- Assign leads, manage workflow, and ensure timely follow-ups on client inquiries.
3. Branding & Promotion:
- Oversee all branding initiatives to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.
- Manage the promotion of properties and the company through various channels, including online and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with agents to gather leads, feedback, and refine marketing approaches.
- Work closely with individual agents to support their branding and promotion requirements.
4. Campaign Execution:
- Focus on delivering qualitative results over sheer quantity, ensuring high standards across all campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Regularly review and update strategies based on market feedback and analytics.
- Conduct regular market analysis to align business strategies with market demands. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to provide updates to senior management.
5. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Ensure all expenditures are aligned with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable results.
6. Market Insights:
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and competition to identify opportunities.
- Use analytical tools to measure campaign success and improve input and output efficiency.
7. Operational Excellence:
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with agents to gather feedback on leads and refine marketing approaches.
- Align marketing efforts with company objectives and other departmental needs.

Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Dubai real estate agency environment.
- Marketing certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO) are an added advantage.
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SMO, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
- Ability to make proactive decisions about campaigns, projects, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with agents and stakeholders.
