We’re looking for a proactive and highly social Community & Marketing Manager to drive partnerships, collaborations, and lead generation across TBN (our strategy studio) and TBS (our digital magazine). This is a high-impact, people-first role that requires both strategic thinking and execution flair.
You Will:
- Build & Nurture Communities around creators, brands, venues, and tastemakers relevant to both TBN & TBS.
- Drive Partnerships & Collaborations for TBS content features and TBN marketing retainers.
- Handle outreach (cold calls, emails, DMs) to convert leads for both divisions.
- Support and execute local events, mixers, and shoots that activate the community and strengthen our visibility.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all content and campaigns are rooted in real conversations and culture.
- Maintain lead pipelines and follow-up using tools like Google Sheets, Notion or basic CRM platforms.

- A people magnet who knows how to pitch, connect, and close.
- Passionate about culture, lifestyle, fashion, and food.
- You understand how content and community build brand value.
- You’ve worked in influencer marketing, PR, event curation, or brand partnerships.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments, juggling both execution and relationship-building.
