We are is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead its brand visibility and customer engagement in Dubai, with a primary focus on digital marketing and public relations (PR). The role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for hospitality, food culture, and digital trends. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive footfall, increase online presence, and enhance brand reputation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, display, and social media).
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to promote Joe’s Café offerings and events.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics; provide reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Public Relations
- Build strong relationships with local media, lifestyle publications, bloggers, and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases, event announcements, and media kits.
- Plan and manage PR events, media tastings, and brand activations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging in all communications and media engagements.
- Handle crisis communications in coordination with senior management.
Brand & Marketing Operations
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure all promotional material and communication reflect the brand’s premium identity.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to create seasonal campaigns, menu launches, and special events.
- Work with graphic designers and content teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong PR network within the UAE is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot is preferred.
