What You Can Expect
The Marketing Manager is responsible of the growth and development of the brands within his/her segment in their assigned markets. He/she will develop and align the marketing strategy with the remaining marketing team as well as the commercial entity in order to successfully launch, develop and drive the Zimmer Biomet portfolio in the region.
The Marketing Manager will work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product potential. This will include the building of strong market knowledge and understanding of its dynamics, the close collaborating with other department as well as the training, engagement and support of the local distribution channels. An innovative perspective on product potential within the market is key in this role. How You'll Create Impact
- Support the development of clear market visibility (Avalanche/Market Model) and the understanding of the fast-changing market dynamics and changes
- Develop a clear brand positioning within the Zimmer Biomet portfolio
- Develop the local brand strategy in line with the global strategic goals and the 3D Strategy of Zimmer Biomet
- Support the growth of a sustainable market segment in line with sales plans
- Drive a strong prioritization of activities based on maximizing business and customer impact
- Continuously adapt the marketing efforts to ensure maximal team collaboration with the commercial to deliver exceptional effectiveness of the marketing strategy
- Create launch plans and business cases in order to support the local business requirements
- Align efforts and plans with the event planning teams to ensure effective training and launching of brands and procedures
- Collaborate with RA/QA and logistics to ensure effective and timely delivery of products to all markets with customer satisfaction focus
- Prepare New Product Launches Plans, execute and track performance
- Product Training to local Sales team, OR nurses and HCPs
- Preparation of IRR and business case for product registration
- Drive the distributors to continuously improve and develop their service excellence in line with the Zimmer Biomet values

Your Background
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or Science
Professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of sales role in a multinational marketing environment with preference within the healthcare and medical device field. Experience in Orthopedics and especially in Sports Medicine will be a plus
Special expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Languages
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken & written.
- French is a plus
