We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive with a passion for content, branding, and client growth to join our new RAK-based Podcast Studio. Whether it's helping businesses create their own podcast, producing content for real estate or brands, or offering full-service media packages, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness and closing media partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our podcast and video studio services to local businesses, influencers, and real estate professionals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify leads, conduct outreach, and convert inquiries into clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to create marketing-friendly content and packages.
- Organize and manage content calendar for studio promotions and client shoots.
- Build long-term relationships with local brands, agencies, and talent.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or media-related roles.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of digital trends (YouTube, Reels, Podcasts, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to pitch and sell content solutions.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with the Ras Al Khaimah market and business landscape.
- Bonus: Experience working in a creative agency, studio, or media company.
