Role: Sales Executive (Full-Time, On-Site)
We are looking for driven and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and acquire clients Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Promote company services: waterproofing, concrete repairs, injections, insulation works Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and acquire clients within the construction sector
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
- Promote company services: waterproofing, concrete repairs, injections, insulation works
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of waterproofing, concrete protection & insulation solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Gulf experience & valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM tools
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
