Founded in 2021, YOOCHA MATCHA is the matcha purveyor of choice of 800+ Cafes and Specialty Coffee Shops in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countries. We are growing and looking for a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, who would be responsible for content creation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating and curating engaging visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts for social media channels such as Instagram and Tiktok.
- Edit photos and videos to match the aesthetic and technical requirements of social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and reach.
- Create and schedule content for social media channels weekly, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Stay well-informed of the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively bring up new ideas to enhance our online presence.
- Developing video content concepts, storylines, and scripts that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Utilizing graphic design and video editing software to create captivating and professional-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Generate weekly social media reports summarizing content performance, and insights.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating accountability and reliability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
Qualifications & Background
- Must have graduated from a Marketing or similar in the UAE.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, either through previous internships or personal projects.
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Highly creative and detail-oriented.
- Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start.
