What you'll be doing
Led brand visibility and engagement strategies across key markets, leading end-to-end campaign execution across social media, CRM, and content in close partnership with creative and media agencies.
- Manage the ELITE Communications Calendar and outbound messaging using SleekFlow
- Liaise with the clienteling team for segmentation and SleekFlow lists
- Send test messages to internal departments
- Copywrite and translate content
- Collect creatives from the team and brand partners
- Own the end-to-end social media process
- Create monthly content calendars in collaboration with agency
- Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts
- Lead the monthly “Elite Picks” post
- Coordinate execution with agency
- Deliver monthly Instagram performance reports
- Act as main contact for external partners
- Social Media Agency: Briefs, content execution
- Creative Agency : Briefs, feedback, status calls
- Production Company: Briefs, samples
- Manage internal feedback and ensured timely delivery
- Lead planning and creative direction for all gifting occasions.
- Plan and launch shoppable digital catalogues.
- Partner with brands and internal CRM teams.
- Manage UTM links for tracking via Accutics
- Brief styling team and oversee shoots.
- Execute campaigns for Ramadan, Festive, and National Day from concept to reporting.
- Write all communications in ELITE.
- Gather & leverage customer feedback CSAT, NPS, surveys.
- Assist in creating events and branded experiences for VIC members.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Background in luxury management
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Solid understanding of clienteling and high - value client (VIC) engagement
