Position Overview:
We are seeking a female candidate who is strategic, analytical, and results-driven for the position of Media Planner – Digital Marketing to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, performance metrics, and audience segmentation to ensure optimal delivery of brand and performance marketing objectives.

- Develop and present comprehensive digital media plans aligned with business goals, campaign objectives, and audience insights.
- Identify and recommend the most effective media channels (paid search, display, social, video, programmatic) based on data-driven analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform planning strategies and identify new opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact media assets that align with platform specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of campaign set-up, targeting, and tracking parameters.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates across all digital campaigns.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative performance analysis.
- Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other third-party tools to derive actionable insights.
Reporting & Insights:
- Develop detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and media effectiveness to inform future planning cycles.
- Maintain records of budget allocations, media spends, and campaign performance for internal and external audit purposes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaign messaging, branding, and goals.
- Liaise with media vendors and platform representatives to stay up-to-date on the latest tools, trends, and innovations in digital advertising.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in media planning or digital marketing within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Hands-on experience with major digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media buying, and cross-channel attribution.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
