Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with their inquiries and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
- Provide support to medical staff as required.
- Implement and manage clinic procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 year of receptionist in medical center experience in UAE.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software (MS Office).
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
