Sanimed International Lab and Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Encoder with a background in Medical Laboratory Technology to join our growing team. The role involves accurate and timely data entry within our clinical laboratory systems, handling laboratory and insurance-related documentation, and ensuring all information is processed in compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Prior experience as a laboratory technician is required
- Experience handling insurance claims, approvals, and billing processes in a healthcare or laboratory setting
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
