Ø Endorsements
- Upon a client's request, managing, supervising, and processing member addition and deletion of the policy.
- Ensuring enrolments and activation are delivered on agreed turnaround times.
- Processing the endorsements (Addition, deletion & modifications) in different Insurance company portals.
- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure that endorsements are done and make sure that invoices are received on time and booked.
- Management and reporting of accounting and regular reconciliation of all transactions in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Coordinating with clients and educating them when there is no proper documentation available.
- Monitors accounts (payments, collections, etc.) anticipating and preventing problems whenever required.
- Key account handler for corporate clients
Ø Policy Placement & New Business
- Generating the quotes through insurers portal & tools as per the client’s requirement for SME & EBP Enhanced/ Basic plans.
- Coordinating with insurers for processing of medical policy placement for SME & Individual clients.
- Making comparisons between different insurance company quotations for clients as and when required.
- Ensuring the documents and forms as per the insurance authority's guidelines.
- Supporting other team members when assistance is needed for placements.
Ø Individual Basic Policy
- Handling individual basic policy.
- Producing quotes for the Basic insurance and educating clients on the specifics of the policies.
- Arranging the renewal terms to the clients and invoicing.
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in medical insurance sector preferably from insurance broker.
- Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress.
