Salary Range: AED 2,000 - AED 2,500 per month
A well-established medical center in the heart of Sharjah is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information about our services.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Requirements:
- Visa Status: Must have own visa or be sponsored by husband.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or clinic setting, is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Attributes: Professional appearance, reliable, empathetic, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Schedule:
- Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
- Duty Schedule: Available in straight shifts or split shifts. Specific timings will be discussed during the interview.
