- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain visitor logs and appointments
- Manage front desk cleanliness and supplies
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
- Pleasant personality and appearance
- Prior receptionist experience is a plus
