CBC international is looking for talented candidate who is passionate about making a difference to join CBC team in a Medical sales supervisor role for high quality American and European skincare brands based in UAE .
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Analyze sales performance and report on team achievements to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs in order to promote the company's products and increase the sales.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors activities and available opportunities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- To carry out the plan of daily customer visits accordingly to the Company's requirements and to ensure effective visits
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, biochemistry or related pharma degrees.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in medical sales with derma brands, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and training skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Knowledge of medical products and healthcare industry regulations.
- Speak Arabic and English fluently
- Valid UAE driving license and car
