We’re Hiring: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Providential Properties Management is one of Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate companies, offering premium property sales, leasing, and management services. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the real estate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to improve performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management in achieving overall business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market, off-plan and ready properties.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license
- Abu Dhabi- brokerage license
